How We Deliver
Our online store delivers orders within Australia only.
We endeavour to get your order to you as fast as possible. The majority of orders are sent within 24 hours from payment, however at busy times or due to circumstances out of our control we advise orders may take up to 3-5 working days to be despatched. (Please allow longer for regional and remote areas.)
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number from Australia Post or chosen courier company once your order leaves our studio.
Black Pebble is not responsible for any order sent to an incorrect address. Please ensure the shipping address is correct prior to confirming purchase at checkout.
We preference Australia eParcel for all small orders such as drawer knobs, books, fan decks, brush outs and sample pots. Larger orders are delivered by a courier or freight transport company. We offer a flat shipping rate of $9 for the majority of orders. Large paint orders or furniture purchases will be offered at a competitive courier rate and will be determined at the time of purchase based on size, weight and location of delivery. Feel free to contact us for an estimate of rates prior to purchase.
Please note orders are generally left at your address if no-one is home, however this can vary between couriers. If you are concerned about security, please fill out the delivery instructions when placing the order. No liability will be accepted by Black Pebble or the carrier if goods are removed or stolen.
To assist wth postage charges, we offer local store pick-up. Store collection will only be available during our standard business hours, Tuesday-Friday 10-4pm and Saturday 9am-2pm. Online orders will need to be made with a minimum of 4 hours prior to collection time to allow the order to be processed, tinting if necessary, and packaged.
