Our Terms and

We take pride in ensuring that all aged, recycled or re-purposed pieces are in good working order prior to making it into our store.

All pieces are purchased ‘as is’, we believe that their imperfections only add to their character. We do not refund simply for a change of mind, so you must choose carefully please.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a credit or exchange.

Products that are deemed faulty can be returned, products that are a change of mind are not. The return shipping is at the cost of the purchaser, if the product is faulty and we agree that they were faulty when dispatched then a full refund of the item purchase price and shipping will apply.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt for being returned, including tinted paint product; perishable goods such as food and flowers (dried or fresh); sale, clearance or discounted items.

To complete your return we require a receipt of proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please contact us to advise that you will be returning your item. After you have contacted us, please post your parcel to us at 278 George Street, Windsor NSW 2756, so that it arrives inside of 30 days from your original date of purchase. We strongly recommend using protective packaging and a tracked delivery service as we cannot provide credit for items that arrive damaged or are lost in transfer or otherwise do not arrive.

In store customers can return new or unused purchases by presenting in store with provision of a receipt within 15 days of purchase.

Please note, that Returns & Exchange may take up to two (2) weeks to process. The cost of returned goods will be refunded to the credit card payment was made from. Delivery and handling costs will not be refunded. Costs incurred in returning goods are to be bared by the customer.

All items should be returned in original condition, unopened and undamaged. We will only accept items that meet these standards.

Paint product returns

We are happy to refund or exchange untinted paint only (such as undercoats and clear finishes). The paint must be returned to us within 15 days from the date of delivery. Please be careful when choosing your colours as there is no exchange or refund on tinted paints.

Change of mind

We provide store credit for changes of mind and do not refund for customer error, change of mind or change of circumstance. In the event of a change of mind, the customer is responsible for returning goods in new condition and original post costs are deducted for the order value prior to credit being issued.

We do not refund or exchange tinted paint.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase and before shipping of goods will be made. Orders will not be despatched prior to cleared payment.

Delivery

Small orders like drawers knobs, books, fan decks, brush outs and sample pots we use Australia Post. Larger orders are delivered by a courier or freight transport company. Orders are generally left at your address if no-one is home, however this can vary between couriers. If you are concerned about security, please fill out the delivery instructions when placing the order. No liability will be accepted by Black Pebble or the carrier if goods are removed or stolen.

We endeavour to use the couriers and drivers to the best of our experience and knowledge, however cannot guarantee, nor be held responsible, for the quality of third party delivery services.

Australian Consumer Law

Black Pebble is pleased to provide full support of the Australian Consumer Guarantee and is a firm advocate for Australian consumer rights. Faulty goods will be refunded or repaired once proof of the fault has been provided.
